Shipping Policy

At ArtByMairi.com, we take great care to ensure your artwork is packaged securely and delivered safely to your door. Most orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

For UK orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15. However, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £150. All orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 business days, and we use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail or DPD to deliver your artwork. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, a flat shipping rate of £40 applies. We offer free international shipping for orders over £175. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on location, but most parcels arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Where possible, international orders are also shipped with tracking.

Each piece is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Depending on the size and medium, larger artworks may be shipped flat or rolled in a tube.

Please note that for international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary depending on the destination country.
